Yesterday Dickeys catered our NC 7 on 7 event. And they fed so many kids their delicious slow cooked bbq and mac n cheese. Their bbq had chunks of slow cooked pork not the typical stringy stuff. They fixed us a hospitality table and their ribs and smoked sausage was to be celebrated. The sausage seemed to have sizeable peppercorns and cheese. The ribs were cooked to perfection and that sauce was great. I wasnt really into the mac and cheese, but being outside in 100 degree weather. I couldnt ask for better.
